William was Training Manager at a large local conglomerate , which he was required to work with his clients and consultants to deliver relevant programs to address the client organizations needs. He was also entrusted the responsibility of designing, developing and sourcing relevant training solutions for his clients to ensure optimization of the clients’ training investment. William was also a HRD Specialist with an American multi-national electronics company where he managed the HRD operations focusing on worker, supervisory and technical training and development.

In this role, he also facilitated workshops on Facilitation Skills, Problem Solving, Team Building and Coaching mainly for executives and managers. William began his career as an Engineer in a manufacturing environment and he was Project Manager. Leveraging on his vast experiences of project management and HRD, William balanced his perspectives on issues with logical thinking and a humanistic approach.
