Before becoming a full-time trainer, Eng Chuan accumulated wealth of business management experiences. His experiences includes general management at a local conglomerate and business acquisitions. For almost 18 years, Eng Chuan lectured in a UK-university MBA program since 2000 and facilitated workshops for senior management teams. Eng Chuan also attained a Master in Social Science majoring in Professional Counselling, believes in creating positive impacts on people professionally and personally.

Eng Chuan was Director of Business Development in a local conglomerate, where he studied and reviewed business models of the smaller companies within the main business entity. Thereafter, assess the possibility or viability of acquiring them. During his time in this role, he had successfully acquired 3 companies.

He was also General Manager for another local conglomerate with operations in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Singapore.

An experienced Counsellor, Eng Chuan counselled residents in Nightingale Home, Saint Theresa’s Home, Association of Muslim Professionals and Kong Ming San. Always having a heart for people, he also extends his time to counsel employees who have attended his workshops, couples with marital and family problems, and families with difficult children.
