    Joanne brings with her close to 25 years of experience in Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development. Joanne is passionate and committed to develop leaders and talents who are strong in their Service DNA, business-savvy, and to nurture and inspire people leaders.

    She was awarded the National Council of Social Science Overseas Scholarship to pursue a health-science degree at the University of Sydney, NSW, Australia. She was also part of the Management Trainee Program with NUH.

    Joanne was Assistant Director, Leadership. Talent & Organization Development with a large healthcare provider in Singapore. In her role, she had built organizational capacity for learning, growth and change-readiness by co-leading in culture building and facilitated leadership programs for large groups and teams. She had also built coaching models and frameworks, and conducted micro-learning for over 240 key senior leaders.

    Joanne also had extensive experiences in training, curriculum development and implementation of large-scale leadership and service frameworks for the healthcare sector, as well as for a premier hospitality company in Singapore.

    She had also held various positions in business operations, planning, and business development with major hospitals in Singapore.
