There are many diverse needs in the church, and it is important for the church to understand diverse and differing needs to create a meaningful experience for the congregation. Moments-to-Memories uses the principles of handling “service” challenges to draw out the essence of meaningful experiences that hopes to create a lasting impression that touches the core of the members’ heart.
Through this program, You’ll Learn to:
- Recognize the different personality types with different needs and expectations
- Identify potential triggers that might lead to communication challenges
- Discover how to best respond to challenges based on best practices in “service” recovery
