Lead Problem Solving Before You Dive!

Problems are a given in businesses. To come up with creative and effective solutions, organisations must analyse their problems deeply and holistically. Such an approach will prevent the occurrence of repeated problems, improve the management of changing business environment and better prepare the employees for the future.

This workshop helps leaders to take a step back for a big picture view of the situation before delving into the problem to be solved. Leaders need to be able to work with team members and harness information from different stakeholders to find the most appropriate problem-solving approach. Learners will bring in their own work situations to practice problem solving during the workshop and end with Action Planning to apply the processes after the workshop.
