The Impact & Imprint (I&I) workshop is an investment for developing sustainable leadership in an organisation. The return-on-investment is a holistic and effective leader who can impact on performance and imprint on people.

Targeting at senior leaders and hi-potentials, focuses primarily on providing a safe, open and engaging environment for participants to pause, reflect and examine their deeply held beliefs and values as a leader.

Our Facilitators

I&I Workshop is a 4-day-3-night offsite residential programme facilitated by a team of professionals who possess both invaluable work experiences and facilitation expertise.

The number of participants is kept to an optimum size to enable rich discussions and in-depth sharing. It is specially designed to start off with the presentation of some thought-provoking ideas, followed by discussions and sharing of experiences.

To create significant and permanent changes in outward behaviors, the workshop offers ample opportunities for participants to examine their deeply-held beliefs and values. Time and space are deliberately planned for self-reflection and journaling.
