Achieving Work Targets
It is important for managers to to understand key concepts of setting effective targets, and align them with the organisation’s management and recognition performance system. This will help them in mapping a comprehensive performance management process to develop its human resources more effectively.
With this in mind, this workshop is based on a sound framework to help manage achievement of corporate results through human capabilities. In completing this workshop, we hope learners will be able to interpret and implement team plans to achieve organisational goals, better manage and reward team performance, and monitor team implementation plans.

- Identifying team members’ performance indicators according to their roles & responsibilities in alignment to the organisational requirements
- Setting team objectives and developing team activity plans
- Documenting deliverables of team members

- Managing risk-related issues
Review Performance through:
- Evaluating team members’ performance based on the organisation’s key performance indicators
- Identifying learning opportunities to support performance
- Providing feedback to team members on team/ individual performance
- Responding appropriately to staff in ensuring performance criteria are fulfilled
