In Capelle, we use a survey tool – Organizational Capability Survey (OCS), which measures organizational capability in the dimensions of Shared Destiny, Leadership, Competencies, People Management, Processes and Interfaces and Employee Satisfaction, to better understand employees’ mindsets.
The survey findings help to determine how aligned an organization is to its people and strategy. This is so that appropriate interventions can be recommended to close the gaps.
