Our client, a listed leading service provider in customized supply chain management services, embarked on a digitalization journey 1-year ago. With digital transformation in place, they were curious to find out how their staff feels about this transformation and how they are adapting to this change.
Having insights to their employees’ sentiments are important to the management in planning for their next steps in new culture building, competencies requirements or if there should be changes in roles.
4 Months Planning for Next Steps
- partnered with the client to develop and roll out a customized survey to assess employees’ sentiments about the transformation
- conducted focus groups to validate findings, as well as to deep dive on critical issues to better understand any root cause
- consolidated findings result and identified top 3 issues faced by staff in this digital transformation phase
- presented results to the management and made recommendations to address staff’s concerns and struggles faced by specific roles and/or functions during this change
- helped management to prepare action plans, as well as proposed tailored solutions to meet specific needs
