A highly effective trainer, Suan is passionate about creating a better and more caring society through strengthening participant connectedness to purpose, community and self. To ensure learning effectiveness, she creates experiential learning activities in fun and insight ways through non-conventional approaches. Suan has consistently received accolades for her creative presentations of ideas, highly engaging facilitations and insightful debriefs. For these invaluable qualities, she has been approached to help seasoned trainers with guided-reflections and dialogue-facilitations.

In the course of her career with Ministry of Education, Suan had held managerial, consultative, training and executive positions. When she was Head of Department for English in Nan Hua High School, she was also often called upon to head several other major committees including the school’s 88th Anniversary and Official Opening, Self-Appraisal and Horizontal Integration Committee.

When she was with the Teachers Network, Ministry of Education HQ, Suan facilitated Learning Circles, a professional development tool to facilitate and train teachers to assume the role of facilitators.

After she left Teachers Network, Suan continued to offer consultancy in the department’s administration and management, as well as being involved actively in supervising and developing teachers.

Today, Suan is also a key member of our Learning Design team in Capelle.
