With more than two decades of training experiences, Jasen developed his passion for Human Resource Development (HRD) when he was managing the learning and development needs of about 3,000 employees in an MNC. He was later appointed the Regional HRD Consultant and Master Trainer for two American consultancy organizations. A structured thinker with a calm demeanour, Jasen is highly skilled at breaking complex concepts into “bite-sizes” for easy grasping by the participants.

Jasen had previously served as Regional Consultant for two renowned American organizations. Being conferred the Master Trainer, he bore the additional responsibility of developing and implementing consultancy projects for clients’ organizations in Southeast Asia. He was also the key in designing and delivering various leadership-related training and developmental programs and change management interventions.

While working for a multinational electronics firm, Jasen took charge of the education and training arm. He implemented a great number of total quality management and TEAM initiatives. As the HRD Manager, Jasen participated actively in achieving certification in leadership development, problem-solving and decision-making, project management and team development.

Jasen began his career in the building and construction industry focusing on quantity survey and valuation.
