Prior to pursuing his passion in training, Dennis had a longstanding track record in the banking and financial industry, specializing in Financial Futures and Options. He was Director of Electronics Trading, where he managed Asia Pacific markets within his division.

In his leadership role, Dennis was responsible for strategic planning and organizational development for hi steam in Asia Pacific.  On top of running the daily operations, he had to appraise his high-performing teams, and provide coaching and mentorship to them. In the process, he would identify and select potential talents for nurturing and grooming. At the same time ensuring that underperforming staff’s development needs were not neglected.
