Grace is an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach that enables leaders to grow and develop, and strengthen their team to be more effective. She believes in the potential that is within all of us and is delighted to partner with her clients and be part of their journey to achieving their goals and success professionally and in life. Her style is seen as interactive, energizing, and engaging, which is appreciated by her participants across levels.
Grace has more than 15 years of professional experiences as a facilitator, trainer and coach for organisations in the public sector and private sector. She has been a facilitator at One Singapore Conversation (OSC) and national focused group discussions such as Pre-Budget, CPF Life and Medi-shield Life. She has also facilitated in leadership, change management and innovation workshops for various companies, and enabled her clients to strengthen the psychological safety and collaboration within their teams, and gain actionable insights.
Grace is also a certified Enterprise Design Thinking Instructor with a passion for creative thinking and innovation. She has helped clients to use design thinking to gain a better understanding of their key target users, their goals, and their needs. As a result, they can discover hidden opportunities and come up with creative solutions to meet their needs.
