Bee Hian is a relatable and engaging trainer who enjoys both learning and sharing of knowledge and experience. She believes in and is dedicated to ensuring that an audience leaves a training session with actionable insights. As an adept storyteller, she enjoys keeping participants engaged with content and getting the audience to reflect, think critically and challenge ideas if necessary. Her experience with different industries and a spectrum of business challenges positions her to share cross-industry learnings and offer a different perspective to thinking about business issues.
Bee Hian has been providing consultancy services since 2010 where she has worked with a variety of clients to address various business concerns. The projects she designed and managed have taken her to different parts of Asia-Pacific where she has worked with a spectrum of target audiences ranging from C-suite to niche professionals to man-in-the-street. This has contributed to her ability to relate to different profiles and cross-pollinate learnings across industries. Bee Hian started her career as a market research consultant where she served MNC clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Philips and Estee Lauder. She was also key in helping to set up and manage the research agency’s China office and clients.
