It is not only to help your employee reach their career goals and full potential, it is also a necessary strategy to foster engagement, reduce attrition, and increase retention. 

This workshop helps to identify the gaps required to provide career advice to employees, as well as to address the skills and knowledge needed to better close these gaps. 

At the End of this Workshop You’ll Learn to:

  • Contribute relevant information to the development of the organisational career planning strategy
  • Communicate what are the available career planning tools, and services
  • Work with the employees to assess their skills and experience in-line with the required criteria to identify career options & determine their appropriate career developments
  • Support line managers and employees to implement career development plans with access to relevant resources
