For organisations to succeed, there must be a committed and high functioning team, which can sometimes be a challenge to get teams to work well together. The team leader and/or manager plays a crucial role in rallying the teams together to exemplify the organisation’s values so as to achieve the business goals. 

This workshop will provide managers and/or leaders with practical skills to rally teams to implement effective plans for organisational objectives and business plans. You will also learn to communicate with your team members, and encourage them to live out the organisation’s values while implementing their plans. At the same time, you will also learn how to better engage your team members in building support and commitment. 

At the End of the Workshop, You’ll Learn to:

• Conduct and lead team planning activities
• Demonstrate organisational values through identifying organisational values, communicate visions, values and expectations; as well as role-modelling to narrow the expectations to team members 
• Build support and commitment within your team
